We may confirm, delay, adjust, or decline an order where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be reasonably verified, or delivery information is incomplete or impractical. Product availability shown on the site is not a guarantee of immediate supply in every case.

3. Pricing, Display Errors, and Updates

Prices are generally shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Although we aim for accuracy, product descriptions, images, discounts, and prices may occasionally contain errors. Astumark reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel or adjust affected orders before dispatch.

4. Payments

Astumark may offer payment options such as M-Pesa Paybill, Loop Biz, and pay on delivery for eligible orders and locations. Customers are responsible for entering correct payment details and keeping proof of payment where needed. Our current store settings may include payment instructions such as M-Pesa Paybill 247247 with account number 0713039843, or other approved methods displayed at checkout. We may hold or cancel an order pending payment verification or fraud review.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Astumark supports delivery arrangements within Nairobi and to other locations in Kenya depending on product size, stock status, destination, and delivery practicality. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary. Customers should inspect deliveries on arrival and raise concerns promptly. Responsibility for the item passes at the point of confirmed delivery, collection, or handover, subject to applicable law and our published return process.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Some items may be ineligible for return, particularly where they have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, specially ordered, or fall within a restricted category such as consumables or opened components. Approved refunds are usually processed through an appropriate payment channel after review.

7. Warranties and Technical Use

Some products may be sold with supplier or manufacturer warranty support, and Astumark may help coordinate such claims where appropriate. Warranty support typically covers confirmed manufacturing faults and does not normally cover misuse, poor maintenance, incorrect installation, environmental damage, normal wear, or unauthorized modification. Technical products such as electrical, solar, petrol, and diesel equipment must be installed, operated, and maintained properly.

8. Product Information and Safety

Tools and machinery can be hazardous if used improperly. Customers should read instructions, follow safe operating procedures, and use suitable protective equipment where required. Images and product visuals on the site may be illustrative, and packaging or model revisions may vary slightly from the images shown.
